Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice
Many traits of both Thai jasmine rice and Cambodian rice are similar, and they are primarily grown in adjacent regions on different sides of the northeastern Thai-Cambodian border. Grown and processed in Cambodia, Cambodian jasmine rice is available in two varieties: white (ground and polished) and brown. These three varieties—phka rumor, phka meat, and phka rumdeng—are unique to Cambodian jasmine rice.
